Entry Gate
-
Entry gate design to include feature lights and wood-clad gates on steel frame
-
Remote control operation, native stone columns to match base of caretaker house. Careful attention to detail of the light fixtures will be an important element of the arrival experience. The lights will ILLUMINATE the experience of arrival.

Basecamp and caretaker house
-
Basecamp, by default is the point of arrival and first impression. Archtictural and landscaping elements are well in hand with SWLDA and Josee Tremblay initiatives. Maintenance buildings are in process of being improved to match the look and feel of the basecamp house with similar siding, roofs and doors.
-
Basecamp maintenance and equipment area will ultimately be visually screened as much as possible with landscape elements and visual markers to draw lines of sight to the ‘threshold’ of the access road just past the first 3 door garage.
First 100 meters
-
Special attention to the “threshold’ of the main access road. Passing the threshold needs to invoke an experience that defines the beginning of the journey to Grand Lac Sinclair Paradise.

A second ‘mid-property station’ may be located at the container garage
